A good place to satisfy your crab cravings. The building facade has the big moving red crab sign. We got to try all sorts of crab – king crab, snow crab, hairy crab, and in all styles. My favorite is hairy crab. It’s the most succulent and sweetest crab meat I have ever tasted. Love the king crab hot pot with porridge at the end of the meal. A must-try when you’re in Sapporo!

Ramen broth was rich and tasty. The noodles were al dente. We got here around 2pm, the line was about 40 minutes wait. The walls and the ceiling are covered with tons of autographs of celebrities. They opened at 11 AM, try to get here before that to avoid the wait. They are very popular!

On our way from Hakodate to Sapporo, we made a day trip to Lake Toya. Lake Hills Farms was one of the piggy stops we made since we heard they are famous for ice cream. The food here is pretty good. Very relaxing and enjoyable.
